Week 38 or 39!!

Well we officially are just waiting and hoping for Carson to come. We have been dilated to a 1.5 for the past month! We only are making progress with effacing. One appointment we were 50%, the next 65%, the next 70% and today we were 80%. We were dilated to a 2 though but still everything is moving slow. The doctor has stripped my membranes twice, but its not doing much of anything. So the doctor says if we still are pregnant come Monday we will have our appointment, make a time for an ultrasound to check up on Carson and make sure he is ready to go and just not wanting to come out and then we will get induced the 13th. The reason we say week 38 or 39, is because we are told at all our appointments that we are a week ahead of our original due date that is the 12th of February. Like this morning they say I am 39 weeks and 1 day, but that would mean we are due the 6th. So if its based on them, we are due next week, but if Carson has it his way, we may be staying pregnant till our original due date or later!
