May 18, 2013

May 18, 2013 was a special day for our family. We have been married for 2 years and 9 months, and Carson is 15 months old! We have always been stubborn people who do things at our own pace, which in this situation I think is the perfect way to do it. We attended the Temple for the first time that day. We spent the day there doing our endowments and being sealed together as a family for eternity. It was a magnificent day! It was a very hard and stressful week before and I hate to say that after it has been some of the hardest days. We attended the Temple again last night and it was just as great an experience. We love that we are going and love the feeling we have when we are there. The inspiration and direction has already come and there will be changes happening in our lives I will blog about when they take place. But for now, we are just happy to be together forever.

We had a lot of people attend. All of which are people that have in some way or another helped us get to the Temple and get us working on the right path. We are missing a few that were in attendance in the picture. Those people are: our Bishop Hale and Wife Karen, My visiting Teacher Mandy and husband Lance, and our ward missionary and my other visiting teacher Matt and Sarah Regan. We love them and are so grateful for all they have done for us. Also my friend Jessica slipped in and had to leave but she has been such an influential person in my life! And last but not least our Temple Prep teachers Joyce and John Nielsen, who we love and adore!
Those pictured are, Grandma and Grandpa Jensen, Susan and Alan, Jeff and Tammie, Jake, Kristin and Cooper, Eden and Wes, Grandma Balls and Bonnie, Grandma and Grandpa Andersen, Grandma and Grandpa White, Dave and Trish, Shanae, Mckenna, Chase, Kendell, Brenda, Andrew and Mikaelyn. I hope I am not missing anyone!

We had a dinner to follow and much more of our family and friends came to that! It was great to see them there and to have the support! We love everyone and are so thankful for those who have helped us get to where we need to! Love you all! Thanks
